Terms of use

Access to and use of this site (gFEED.mobi) and its services is provided by gFEED.mobi subject to the following terms:

  1. By using gFEED.mobi you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately on your first sign up of gFEED.mobi. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the following terms please do not access and / or use gFEED.mobi.
  2. gFEED.mobi may change these terms at any time by posting changes online.

Please review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made by gFEED.mobi. Your continued use gFEED.mobi after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and / or amended.

Use of gFEED.mobi and gFEED.mobi
  1. The user agrees to the use of their brand/trademark by gFEED.mobi and gFEED.mobi for the purpose of the design and submission of the iPhone app to Apple.
  2. Users agree to the formation and linking of Facebook group and associated app using their brand/trademark and any associated logos.
  3. Users agree to the application of their event details for associated future app merging services gFEED.mobi may release to promote their bar/ nightclub.
  4. By using gFEED.mobi and the services of gFEED.mobi you recognize that the final production and approval of your custom iPhone App is subject to Apple Inc.'s approval.
  5. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use gFEED.mobi content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of gFEED.mobi content requires the prior written permission of gFEED.mobi.
  6. You agree to use gFEED.mobi only for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of gFEED.mobi.
Terms of subscription
  1. User subscriptions to gFEED.mobi are subject to a monthly direct debit charge of £29. By agreeing to these terms you are authorizing the monthly automatic withdrawal of funds from your credit/debit card or paypal account.
  2. The user agrees that the gFEED.mobi monthly subscription will continue on a monthly rolling basis until the user cancels their subscription.
  3. Cancellations or failure to pay the aforementioned subscription charge will result in the deactivation and deletion of your gFEED.mobi application. Failure to notify us of any problems or delays in payment past due date will also result in deactivation and deletion of your gFEED.mobi application.
  4. All gFEED.mobi services and subscription charges are subject to change at our discretion. Any changes to gFEED.mobi's charges will be notified two months in advance to all our customers.
Cancellations
  1. gFEED.mobi does not sign you in to a contract when you sign up, thus you can cancel at anytime.
  2. Notice of cancellation is to be given in the form of an email to team@gfeed.co.uk subject; CANCELLATION.
  3. No fees are charged when you cancel your account and we do not require any notice. However you will not be reimbursed pro-rata for the remaining days in your monthly subscription - this cost covers the administration required to cancel your account.
  4. When we recieve a notification that you wish to cancel your account we will remove your iPhone app form iTunes and delete your gFEED.mobi account. Any users which still have your iPhone app on their phone will be notified that the application is no longer avaliable.
  5. We value all our gFEED.mobi customers and encourage everyone to provide constructive feedback on their gFEED.mobi experience. Please direct all feedback to team@gfeed.co.uk subject; FEEDBACK.
Refunds
  1. If you are not happy with gFEED.mobi or feel you have been wrongly sold gFEED.mobi then you are able to claim a full refund within 28 days of your account creation.
  2. To claim a refund please email team@gfeed.co.uk subject; REFUND.
  3. After the 28 day refund policy has elapsed gFEED.mobi becomes a non-refundable service.
  4. Having your account refunded has the same results as canceling your account (see “Cancellations”).
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
  1. Under no circumstances will gFEED.mobi be liable for any of the following losses or damage (whether such losses where foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise):
  2. loss of data;
  3. loss of revenue or anticipated profits;
  4. loss of business;
  5. loss of opportunity;
  6. loss of goodwill or injury to reputation;
  7. losses suffered by third parties; or
  8. any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of gFEED.mobi regardless of the form of action.
  9. gFEED.mobi does not warrant that functions contained in gFEED.mobi content will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that gFEED.mobi or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs.
Intellectual property
  1. Users have no legal ownership rights to the intellectual property of gFEED.mobi, gFEED.mobi or that contained within their custom App. Users merely subscribe for the right to use the App customised with their associated brand/trademark.
  2. gFEED.mobi names, images and logos identifying gFEED.mobi and their products and services are subject to copyright, design rights and trade marks of gFEED.mobi.
General
  1. If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
  2. These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
